A: You can book directly through our website using the booking system on each tour page. Once we accept your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your contract number and tour details.

Q: Can I pay using a gift card or discount code?
A: Yes, gift cards can be redeemed in full or part-payment against any tour. Discount codes may be applied at checkout but cannot be combined with other discounts.

 

Q: Do I need to pay the full amount at the time of booking?
A: For standard tours, full payment is required when booking. For private or bespoke tours, we require the full fee prior to the requested date.

Cancellations, Transfers and Refunds
 

Q: Can I cancel or change my booking?
A: Yes, you can transfer to another tour date or cancel. Refunds depend on the timing of your request—see our Terms and Conditions for details.

Q: What happens if a tour is cancelled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances?
A: We will notify you as soon as possible. You can choose to transfer to another date or receive a full refund.
