Description

Enjoy a 300+ year journey through Leeds' legendary pub and brewing heritage. This immersive tour delves into the heart of the city's rich pub and brewing culture, revealing hidden stories and iconic landmarks.

Our tour begins at The Tetley, where you'll uncover the fascinating tale of a brewing giant that once dominated the British beer scene.

Next, we step into the architectural splendor of the Adelphi, a late Victorian masterpiece, and gain insight into the workings of a 1950s Leeds brewery.

We then head on out to the streets of Leeds, visiting locations with important links to the city's pub and brewing heritage, including a crawl of buildings that used to be pubs, ghost stories and more.

Our finale takes place at Whitelock's Ale House, a Leeds institution since 1715. Here, there's a fun group activity testing your map reading skills, before you hear the stories, good and bad, that have shaped this Leeds landmark.

Your ticket includes a half-pint drink at each of our three pub stops. Choose from hand-pulled ale, draught lager, draught cider, or soft drinks. For the comfort and efficiency of the tour, and to ensure a timely finish, we are unable to offer upgrades to pints or drinks with higher alcohol content, such as wine or spirits.
